Instructions:

  1. In a pan, melt the margarine and syrup.
  2. Put the other ingredients in a bowl - chop the nuts and fruit.
  3. Mix the dry and melted mixtures and put in a tin, then press down.
  4. Set the oven to 190°C or gas mark 5.
  5. Leave for 15-20 minutes.
